Dr. Rossi is great - takes all the time that is needed to answer questions. My only complaint is not being able to directly call the office as the phone now goes to a call center. It was much easier to get to the office to refill a prescription or ask the staff to directly ask the doctor my question.

De Rossi is exceptional and the nursing and office staff is fantastic! Very hard to get through to the office because you have to call a main number outside of the office first. They are not as helpful.

I felt I was made to wait unnecessarily. It wasn't busy,and the intake person had to call for the lab tech to come down. When She got there, there was no immediate action to take me in, instead she was having a personal conversation with a coworker in front of me rather then take care of me the patient.

It's a shame that the provider's time is managed and controlled by insurance. The provider and the staff was very time conscious. They even have a timer to monitor the time spent with the patient. Otherwise, everybody from the provider to the staff, they are all pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Your system to get in touch with the office is ridiculous. You have to change it. The people that you talk to when you call the number do not know anything and leave you on hold. Get back to having the calls forwarded to the doctor's office so that you can talk to someone who knows what they're doing.

Yes, I don't feel that the doctor spends enough time in the room. I'm not quite sure why it never used to be like that... I don't know if they're on a schedule, but I felt rushed. So, I don't know what can be done about that other than give the patient more time with the doctor.

Yes. The only comment that I have about the practice is that they're a limited hours for those of us that work full time jobs. There doesn't seem to be any extended hours or Saturday hours. It seems that also when there are later appointments later in the day there already taken or very, very limited in that makes it very difficult to keep up with the appointments that are needed.

Dr. is Rossi is a wonderful doctor. I feel so comfortable with her and I have such confidence in her.

As I sat in the office a special needs adult can in with his mother.The staff should be taught how to deal with this situation. They should not feel that the prodical for all patients should be the same.

Dr. Rossi doesn't do her homework/due diligence. She knew nothing about me or my history. She wanted bloodwork when I already had it done, per her request. She didn't seem to believe me. I told her you even went over the results with me. When I kept insisting I had it done she said she'll call Quest. She didn't even follow up from my last visit which a good provider should.
