Shipping Cost:
Our standard delivery charge is $8 per order toNorth Island and $10 per order for South Island in New Zealand and free shipping over $85.00. Our standard delivery to Australia is $20.00 per order.
Please contact us if you would like your ‘Track and Trace’ number to see how far away your parcel is. You will need to be at the delivery address to sign for your parcel. If you are not home, the courier will leave a calling card with their contact details to arrange for re-delivery.
Delivery Timeframe:
We understand you want your order as soon as possible! Our "target" delivery times are as follows: North Island: 3-4 days, South Island: 4-5 days.
Returns:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us ataccounts@youmonkey.co.nz.
If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the freight cost returning the item to us and will need to pay a further delivery fee for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
Faulty Products:
We're committed to selling high-quality products however we acknowledge that sometimes a product may have a fault.Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please email us ataccounts@youmonkey.co.nzand let us know about the fault.If we cannot easily resolve the problem then we will provide instructions for return of the item back to us.
